Nursing Home Care Editorial Review
Easy Brain Exercises For Adults features 100 puzzles, memory games, and activities designed specifically for seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Published in May 2021, the book comprises 105 pages filled with engaging brain exercises aimed at keeping cognitive functions active. Many users appreciate the simplicity of the tasks, finding them effective in assisting family members with dementia. However, some criticisms arise regarding the book's perceived child-like nature, as certain puzzles may not align with the dignity expected of adult engagement. Overall, it remains a valuable tool for mental stimulation in a gentle, straightforward format.
