    Respuesta: Diagonally it measures approx 28cm, it fits in my microwave and rotates perfectly, I put it on for 1 minute (750 watt microwave) then turn it over for another 1 minute, once safely in the cover you can mould it for a knee, shoulder, back, etc. I can honestly say it's a fantastic buy, I couldn't be without mine, it's really good for deep pain as well.     Respuesta: Yep. Washed many many times in the washing machine along with normal wash at 40 deg, no problem.

    Respuesta: Hotties covers are not sold separately (unlike spare heat pads). They can be washed on a gentle cycle though.
  • Pregunta: My microwave is very old and doesn't rotate. How important is it that it rotates?

    Respuesta: It must rotate to heat evenly which will avoid hot spots and prevent the item from leaking
