The Cambridge Audio AXR100D is an outstanding stereo receiver with a built-in phonostage, Bluetooth, and a DAB/FM tuner. The device allows for two switchable sets of speaker outputs A and B, both working with speakers between 4 and 8 ohms. You can store up to 40 presets for each band on the AXR100D, using the front unit's mode/store button to record the presets. The device also supports Banana Plugs on the terminals instead of just the Normal wrap-round stripped wire way. The sound quality and articulate clarity of the audio are described as excellent, with a soundstage typical of Cambridge Audio products. However, some customers thought the bass was too light, and there is a problem with the remote control sensitivity for some users. The device received mixed feedback for build quality, where some customers compared it unfavorably to other amplifiers they've owned.
