It is a two-part polyurea that is easy to apply and dries quickly. The clear coat has a beautiful high-gloss finish that gives your garage a professional look. The FastKote UV Stable Polyurea Floor Coating can be used over Rustoleum Epoxyshield gray, but it is important to ensure adequate coverage to prevent bleeding through. It can also be applied directly to a bare concrete floor as long as it is thoroughly clean. If you apply it over epoxyshield, it should be done within seven days. The clear coat is compatible with epoxyshield, but it is better as a topcoat. It is much tougher and has octavalent protection that prevents or reduces yellowing. The clear coat dries quickly, so it is essential to work fast and avoid touch-ups. The manufacturer suggests using the Concrete Saver Durability Additive (sold separately) for a satin, slightly textured finish. Overall, the Rust-Oleum 277499 FastKote UV Stable Polyurea Floor Coating is an excellent choice for those who want to protect their garage floor.
