- Weight plates can be added between the two bases to adjust the handle distance, fits hands of all sizes
- 1" and 2" hole weight plates can be used, enough room for 20kg plates to fit, the small size can accommodate plates up to 11 inches in diameter, the large size can accommodate plates up to 16 1/2 inches in diameter, good for as much weight as you can stack on it
- Work both hands at once with the double grip trainer by holding the middle bars from above and pulling up on the bottom bar — then use the single grip crusher to isolate the muscles in each hand
