Despite the lack of a solid material backing, this cushion is well-made and quite durable. Clients appreciate the cushion's comfort and its ability to offer relief during massage sessions. However, some customers have noted that the material can be hard at times, and the cushion's small opening for the face can be uncomfortable during long periods of time.
