The Cookie Drop and Mini Ice Cream Scoop is a great tool for making small and precise cookie balls for baking. It has a diameter of 1 inch and holds exactly 1 teaspoon of cookie dough. With its deep scoop of 9/16", it can create bite-size cookies. The scoop is also perfect for mini truffles, peanut butter balls, and Italian wedding soup meatballs. The build quality of the scoop is nice and it works smoothly enough to make scooping cookie dough a breeze. However, there are a few downsides to this product. The sliding mechanism of the scoop does not cover the whole spoon part, leaving cookie dough stuck at the bottom, thus resulting in inaccurate measurements. Also, the buildup of cookie dough after scooping a couple of trays can be challenging to clean.
