- Uniweld RHP800 is a durable brass piston designed diaphragm Nitrogen Regulator with a Delivery Pressure 0-800 PSI for purging and pressure testing air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Regulator with CGA580 inlet connection, 1/4 inch male flare outlet connection, self re-seating relief valve (not designed to protect downstream system) and easy to read 2 inch Contents Gauge 0-4000 PSI (Part No. G7SD) and Delivery Gauge 0-1000 PSI (Part No. G34SD) with protective rubber gauge boots (Part No. GB20S). For smooth accurate delivery pressure adjustment there is a large brass Tee Handle with stainless steel pressure adjusting screw and regulator bushing that prevents galling. Regulator can be used with CO2 with the Uniweld part no. F36 adaptor, CO2 Cylinder (CGA320) to Nitrogen Regulator (CGA580) (purchased separately).

The Uniweld RHP800 comes equipped with a CGA580 inlet connection and a 1/4 inch male flare outlet connection, making it easy to connect to your existing system.
It also includes a self-reseating relief valve (please note that this valve is not designed to protect downstream systems). The regulator features two easy-to-read gauges for monitoring your system's pressure. The 2-inch contents gauge has a range of 0-4000 PSI, while the delivery gauge has a range of 0-1000 PSI. Both gauges are protected by rubber boots for added durability. For smooth and accurate pressure adjustment, the regulator is equipped with a large brass Tee Handle and a stainless steel pressure adjusting screw.
This ensures easy operation and prevents galling over time. Please note that the Uniweld RHP800 can also be used with CO2 by purchasing the Uniweld part no. F36 adaptor and a CO2 Cylinder (CGA320) to Nitrogen Regulator (CGA580) separately.
