Grover Dulcimer Accessories ACD150K Editorial Review

** Applecreek Hourglass Dulcimer** The Applecreek Hourglass Dulcimer has garnered a favorable reception among customers, praised for its aesthetic appeal, sound quality, and craftsmanship. Many users have found this instrument to be a beautiful addition to their musical collection and a joy to play. Designed with the beginner in mind, it has been described as "extremely easy to learn," making it an ideal choice for those just starting their journey with the dulcimer. While the instrument ticked several boxes for many customers – including looks, sound, and ease of tuning – some minor concerns were raised regarding the strings. Notably, the middle string is thinner than the melody strings, posing some challenges with common tunings like DAD. However, this issue is easily rectified with a simple change of strings, which many users have opted to do. Additionally, the quality of the included case has been highlighted as a strong point, featuring a well-fitted design and a handy pocket for accessories. Overall, the Applecreek Hourglass Dulcimer is seen as a solid value for its price, making it an excellent entry-level instrument for anyone looking to explore the world of dulcimer music. **
