The Elama Country Cottage 16 Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set comes with plates, bowls and mugs. The plates feature colorful squares around the perimeter on a light off-white background while the bowls and mugs have a speckled gray and white pattern. Customers have commented that the bowls and mugs do not match the plates very well in terms of color and design. The dinnerware works well in the microwave, however, customers have found that they can get quite warm when heated. The dishes are thick and sturdy but can chip easily. Some customers have received sets with imperfections such as crooked mugs or markings on the plates. One customer, however, states that the product was everything they expected and loved the size and shape of the plates and bowls.
