However, it is not suitable for sitting or putting weight on for core strengthening and glute trigger point work. Customers have found it easy to inflate using the provided straw or an air pump, but some have reported difficulties keeping it inflated. The lack of instructions for inflation and cleaning were noted by one reviewer. The location of the filler hole should have a one-way valve according to one customer. Some customers experienced issues with the shape of the ball - it was egg-shaped instead of round. Overall, this ball is suitable for physical therapy exercises but has some issues with inflation and shape.
