It is made in the USA with imported parts and comes with a yellow protective rubber boot with a built-in stand for bench use. The leads are around 4.5 feet long and come with a set of basic test leads. The Fluke 177 can measure 4-20mA circuits on the 400mA range. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive, but some people believe it is still worth the price.
