Then add a small packet of our 2.7 grams of neti pot salt. Finally tighten the cap and shake to mix. Neti pot salts are finely ground and dissolve immediately in water.
- Do not try to inhale or exhale through the nose when rinsing, just let the water flow and exhale through the mouth.
