Users reported that the shampoo lathers well and rinses easily, making bath time simpler, especially for dogs with sensitive skin. The pleasant coconut fragrance has been well-received, described as mild and not overpowering. One standout feature is the shampoo's hypoallergenic formulation, which has been instrumental for pets with environmental allergies.
