This base looks great and can hold an umbrella perfectly, and it has a non-fillable design so that the water doesn't get gross. However, it may not be heavy enough and can cause the umbrella to wobble inside of it even when tightened. Additionally, customers have reported that the stem holding the umbrella doesn't tighten well into the base and the entire thing can fall over in a strong wind. Therefore, it is important to secure it properly to avoid any accidents.
