The game features four teams of 2 or more people, with a total of 1000 new questions on 1000 new cards. In addition to the Turbo Rally cards, the game includes an electronic timer with music and lights, Cranium Clay, pads, pencils, 4 Turbo game pieces, and instructions. The game copyright is from 1998-2004 and features a faster pace and more of everything than the original Cranium game. The game does not include the "choose how long you play" feature but boards from the "New Cranium" version can be used. Feedback suggests that the game is challenging and entertaining, with multiple generations of players enjoying it together.
