About This Item
Introducing the CALCA Manual Balloon Screen Printing Machine Kit for Balloon DIY Printer. This amazing kit allows you to easily print your own designs onto balloons, making it perfect for special occasions, parties, and events. Printing balloons has never been easier with this manual balloon screen printing machine.
It comes complete with everything you need to get started, including an air pump (optional voltage), a balloon limit table, and a height retractable balloon drying rack. The operation process is simple. First, install the screen plate on the machine.
Then, use the air pump to inflate the balloon to a certain degree and place it on the balloon platform of the screen printing machine. Adjust the height of the chuck to achieve the perfect printing standards. Once the balloon is properly positioned, start printing by sealing the air outlet with the balloon clip.
Press the pressure plates on both sides of the balloon to ensure a smooth and even printing process. After printing, lift the screen plate, open the pressure plate, and take out the balloon. The set includes all the necessary materials and tools for you to get started right away.
You will receive a no glue self-tensioning frame, a 14cm width scraper, 100 pieces of mixed-color balloons, and 100 pieces of balloon seal clips. Please note that printing balloons requires special balloon ink or rubber ink, which can be obtained from your ink dealer. These inks have excellent ductility and will not crack when the balloon is deflated and re-inflated, ensuring that your printed designs remain intact.
