The Uniseal Flexible Tank Adapter is a useful product for creating watertight seals in non-metallic containers. It can hold up to 20' of water head pressure without any problems. However, it may be difficult to use it in solar evacuated vacuum tube systems or with air. The product is versatile, and its size requirements vary for different pipes and tanks, thickest the plastic or metal is, the better. It is also essential to make sure that the hole through which it goes is not too rough to damage the Uniseal. The product has a mixed quality with users experiencing leaks despite adding external silicone, nasty overhangs and temperature/movement inconsistencies that hurt sealing. Nonetheless, it is relatively long-lasting and effective.
