The Winning Moves Games Risk 1959 is a faithful reproduction of the original version of Risk. The rules and board are the same, although the countries are drawn slightly differently. The game is recommended for players ages 8 and up, but younger players may have a harder time with the strategy. The troop pieces are simple wood cubes and ovals. The game does not come with plastic boxes for the armies, instead they are stored in zip-loc style baggies. The packaging is durable and the game is suitable for lots of use. The names of the countries are mainly regions with a few countries. The dimensions of the board are 21 x 22.5. Overall, the Winning Moves Games Risk 1959 is a timeless game and a great board game for 4-6 players.
