Respuesta: It depends on why you are eating them as a snack. They are not yet consecrated so they are not sacraments- it is not yet Eucharist. Refer to the CCC 1355. -

I have a child with sensory issues who struggles with Communion every week. Would these be appropriate so we can practice eating them whole?
Respuesta: These are large hosts that the priests break and use. They are 2-3/4” in diameter. I would recommend the 1-1/8 or 1-3/8” that we offer. These are the ones they would use in church. -

Is there a difference in ingredients on the whole wheat and the white bread?
Respuesta: None that I am aware of other than the fact that whole wheat wafer contains the entire wheat berry whereas the white does not, the result, of course, being higher fiber content for the whole wheat wafer. -

Respuesta: White chalk, yeast, .1g of bread, and hot sauce recommended to counter the heartburn medicine inside these tablets (white chalk) -

Respuesta: Don’t see an expiration date on the box. But they do last a long time. -

Respuesta: The wafers are blessed by the priest as he prepares for Communion. They do not arrive "pre-blessed" as each denomination has its own way of blessing the wafers/hosts. -

Are they healthy?
Respuesta: They are only wheat flour and water. No preservatives. Not certain what you mean by healthy. These are used for communion and not snack crackers and quickly dissolve and break easily
