The Contraband Playing Cards are a premium, beautifully designed deck of cards with a cryptic nature. The back of the cards is black with a unique design for each face card. The feel of the cards is great for shuffling. However, one reviewer was disappointed with the worn look of the case, which had flaky gold foil, and was cut open at the bottom. Another review stated that the cards were no different from standard USPCC decks and had faded art. However, the box is cool, and the small foil elements on the aces are really good looking. Overall, the design adds character to poker nights, and it's a good substitute for a black deck of cards.
