Designed for select Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles from 2007-2017, this interface allows you to replace the weak factory amplifier with a more powerful aftermarket amp. With the AmpPRO interface, you can easily install your own amplifier without sacrificing any of your vehicle's factory audio features. The package includes a T-harness that plugs into the factory radio and vehicle harness, making installation a breeze.
The small module fits behind the dash and converts your radio's speaker outputs into six preamp-level outputs, ready for connection to your amp. Even with the aftermarket amp, your factory radio controls such as volume, balance, and fade will continue to work for your front and rear speakers. Plus, a separate wired remote level control is included, allowing you to adjust the volume of the subwoofer channels from your front seat. For those who like to fine-tune their audio system, the AmpPRO PC App is available for download. Simply connect to your Windows-run PC via USB and access the factory 3-band parametric equalizer (EQ) to customize the tone of your system.
You can also adjust the system's minimum volume level and update the product firmware when needed.
