The clamp can be attached from either side by using a shoulder nut, and the bolt is long enough to add an extra nut for accessory wires. The terminal hole is smooth, which ensures optimal contact with the battery. The cross-sectional area of the "C" that connects to the terminal body is about 130000 mils, which is equivalent to 2/0 wire, making the current capacity of the terminal itself excellent. The installation process is easy if the correct crimp tools are used. These terminals work very well with hydraulic crimpers like those found at Harbor Freight. Customers also appreciate the fact that the quality of the terminal lug is top-notch. These copper battery terminals are rated highly by industrial electrical technicians and are much better than the cheaper bolt-on lugs.
