Think on These Things
Krishnamurti examines with characteristic objectivity and insight the expressions of what we are pleased to call our culture, our education, religion, politics and tradition; and he throws much light on such basic emotions as ambition, greed and envy, the desire for security and the lust for power – all of which he shows to be deteriorating factors in human society.

Taoism Editorial Review

**** "Think on These Things" by J. Krishnamurti is more than just a collection of philosophical discourses; it's an introspective guide that challenges readers to examine their own viewpoints and beliefs. This book Consists of talks given by Krishnamurti, addressing a range of profound topics including education, love, freedom, and the nature of human suffering. Many readers describe their experience as transformative, emphasizing that it serves as a mirror reflecting their inner thoughts and conditioning. Initially, some may find Krishnamurti's approach daunting or overly intellectual. However, as one dives deeper into the text, it becomes apparent that the author’s objective is to prompt self-reflection and a reevaluation of life’s fundamental questions. The engaging format, which includes children's inquiries about emotions and social interactions, invites readers to grapple with their own experiences and feelings. Readers frequently laud Krishnamurti’s straightforward language and honest perspective that transcends societal norms and teachings, encouraging an inward journey rather than adherence to external truths. Several testimonials highlight that this book has instilled a sense of completeness and clarity, making it an enduring recommendation for anyone seeking profound insights into their existence. For many, it becomes less of a reading experience and more of a lifelong companion in the quest for self-awareness and understanding. **
