The burgers are made of pure ground filet mignon, Delmonico ribeye, New York strip, and brisket burgers. They come in a box of eight patties, separated into two packages. The ground beef comes in one-pound packages. Customers have praised the quick and reliable delivery of this package. The dry ice keeps the product frozen and ready for immediate use.
