Ateco Icing & Piping Tips 8541889306 Editorial Review
Ateco # 845 - Closed Star Pastry Tip .44'' Opening Diameter- Stainless Steel is a high-quality tool preferred by professional bakers for its durability and performance. Though primarily designed for icing, users have found it effective for making churros, albeit with some adjustment needed to the star points. The stainless steel construction ensures longevity, and proper cleaning will keep it in optimal condition for repeated use. While some noted the opening size as a limitation for churros, the general consensus praises its robustness and reliability in the kitchen, making it a valuable addition to baking tools.
