Whirlwind Direct Boxes Editorial Review
The Whirlwind Splitter 1X2 is a reliable and effective solution for splitting audio signals. It is particularly useful for situations where phantom power needs to be managed. The ground lift switch and transformer ensure a quality audio signal without risk of damaging other equipment. The device does not require external power, making it easy to use. However, some users have found the size of the splitter to be larger than necessary for their needs. Additionally, the lack of a lock on the input XLR connector is a downside. Despite these minor issues, the Whirlwind Splitter 1X2 offers solid construction and clean sound, making it a dependable choice.
