The Anon Snowboarding-Helmets Rodan Helmet is a mixed bag when it comes to customer satisfaction. While some users appreciate the helmet's ability to protect them from serious injury, others found it to be lacking in some basic functionalities. One common complaint is the clip for goggles which doesn't work properly to keep goggles in place, causing them to slip off frequently. Another issue is the chin strap which some users found to be awkwardly designed. Additionally, the ear cover has a tendency to come in and out of the helmet. Despite these flaws, no one reported suffering a concussion while using the helmet. However, some customers complained that it could be more comfortable to wear.
