The neckloop antenna is easy to use, just insert the two ends of the antenna into the two receptacles on either side of the ComPilot. The sheath on the neckloop antenna is made out of polyurethane plastic which means it does not contain any latex. This antenna works with any ComPilot or ComPilot II except for ComPilot AIR products. Customer experience and reception: - Exact replacement and solved sound-cutting out issue - Short cable too short and long cable too long for regular use - Worked great and competitive price with fast delivery - Short necklace was loved and prefered over longer option - A replacement for a broken one, perfect - Should only be used for a child, too small for an adult
