With only eight cards, players aim to accrue the 10 victory points needed to win by acquiring various places of power, monuments, magical artifacts, and summoning dragons. Reviewers describe it as a fun and easy-to-learn game with light engine-building mechanics and great theme and artwork. There are undoubtedly many iCons, but they are intuitive and are accompanied by handy reference cards. Overall, reviewers agree that the game is excellent and worth the price, with great replayability and endless strategy options. However, the game only suits 2-4 players, and some complain of too much luck being involved. Additionally, the limited number of places of power and cards in general limit the variability.
