The Ultima R1 Performance Carburetor 42-91 is a direct bolt-on replacement for the S&S Super G carb, featuring a 78 main, 29.5 intermediate, and .046 air bleed jet sizes. The product is a clone of the Super G and will replace it directly. However, it is not a suitable option for a 2005 Harley Sportster 1200. Mixed reviews are available for the product. Some customers faced issues with the leak gas by the acceleration pump casting, which is not fixable with the available kit. Other customers are beyond satisfied with the purchase and rated it as an awesome carburetor.
