They note that in order to get a clear view with this device, one has to be very close to the object. Another customer finds it difficult to use the smartphone clip for taking pictures due to the alignment of the microscope lens and the steadiness of a handheld device. One customer experienced a scratch on the lens upon receiving the product, and although there is a warranty, the return fee makes it not worth returning.
