It contains 5% carbaryl, an effective active ingredient for controlling crawling insects like ants and aphids, ideal for use in gardens and near fruit trees. While it can kill wasps, it is not the best option for them, as it is easier to exterminate these insects with a commercial wasp killing spray. For extensive aphid infestations on roses, it is often challenging to apply this dust on every stem and bud, so a liquid spray might be a better alternative. The product can kill bees if it gets anywhere the bee goes, so it is better to avoid dusting the flowers. Many customers offer positive feedback on this product, praising its fast-acting formula that eradicates large colonies of ants, fire ants, beetles, squash bugs, yellow jackets, and other crawling insects within days.
