The fountain runs quietly and has an adjustable water flow. Cleaning the fountain is very easy and it takes only a few minutes to disassemble and put it back together. Users are advised to rinse the charcoal filter before putting it in as it can clog the pump. If the pump dies, the user can use vinegar and warm water to clean it. However, some users have reported issues with the pump failing after a few months of use. The fountain has a 1-year warranty that customers can avail of.
