Arts & Photography Editorial Review
**** The "Yokai" art book has garnered Considerable acclaim from customers, especially for its exceptional visual presentation and the quality of its printing. Many reviewers have expressed that the book's large format enhances its dramatic impact, showcasing a vivid array of artwork that outshines even some original pieces. The editors are praised for their diligent work, evident in the meticulous color management and layout, which make the book not just an exploration of yokai-themed art but a standout in the domain of bookmaking. Customers with existing collections of yokai art have lauded this publication as a necessary addition, citing its superb reproduction quality and captivating content. While some reviewers mention the heft of the paperback as a unique and delightful surprise, this weightiness should be seen as an indication of the book's substantial quality. The publication provides basic explanations of the artworks in both English and Japanese, though it does not focus heavily on text, demonstrating that its primary purpose is to present the art itself. However, there are minor critiques regarding the extent of images presented and the density of text. Some readers feel that, despite the high quality, the number of artworks may not justify the price point for every potential purchaser, although many still Consider it a worthy investment, especially given the current market conditions. Overall, the Consensus is that "Yokai" is not simply a book about folklore; it stands as an artistic achievement worthy of display and appreciation. **
