However, users report breaking the mirror when it is dropped to the ground. The problem with purchasing the mirrors online is that they tend to be distorted. The dots of glue that hold the mirror to the frame only hold in a few tiny spots. As a result, most of the mirror is free-floating. The snap ring around the edge of the mirror puts just enough pressure on it to distort it. Removing the ring solves the problem. The mirror is large and comfortable to handle, making it a great buy. Nevertheless, the company should improve its quality control. Until users can purchase the product in person, they shouldn't buy it online.
