One customer with 4c natural hair reported that the product worked well for their hair, while another felt that it was nothing special and that they could find a more effective product, such as Blue Magic, at their local grocery store. Another customer bought the product for a friend who loves it and reported that it provides just the right amount of hold and doesn't leave any residue. However, one customer reported that the container broke during shipment and that the product did not meet their expectations, as they were looking for a pomade-like product.
