The Essential Tarot Kit: Book and Card Set is an all-in-one package that helps beginners learn about tarot. The kit includes a small hardcover book that provides insights, guidelines, and interpretations on each card in the deck. The box is nice, and the artwork on the cards is lovely. The size of the cards is standard, but they are disappointingly very thin and flimsy, which may not last long. Moreover, the card stock is low quality, having poor texture, and looks like it contains less ink per square inch. The colors on the cards are a little darker and a bit different than the original US Games print. The original little white book (LWB) is not included. The box also lacks the US Games info printed on the top. The Peter Pauper Press that printed these cards is not as legit as US Games, and the cards are not identical to the originals. However, the gift box is well made, and the outer gift box is beautiful. The kit is a rehomed deck with little wear on the box, and the cards were found in perfect condition.
