One downside is that the pictures are confusing as the small size shows many small branches, which leads buyers to expect small branches when the actual tree has larger branches that match the large size picture. The tree has some knots on the trunk, and customers noted that it might not be appropriate for large birds to come down to the ground. The bottom part of the tree features four movable wheels, which makes it easy to move around quickly. However, the wheels might fall off during shipment, and the branch poking out through packaging can be relatively discomforting. The tree comes with two bowls that are removable and washable. They have many porous holes that tend to build up bacteria and require cleaning. The bowls screw on, making it challenging to change the water daily.
