Additionally, storage cases for previous Tag products will not be suitable, and it may not work with LeapReader Junior books. Furthermore, some reviewers have noted that the battery can weaken over time, and the product may break down after a few months. The customer service provided by LeapFrog has also been criticized. However, overall this is a great tool for parents to help their children learn to read.
