The Minn Kota On-Shore Portable Digital Marine Battery Charger is a reliable and efficient option for charging boat batteries. It can be used with 12V batteries as well as 35Ah Mighty Max batteries, and is safe for all battery types except Lithium Iron Phosphate. The charger automatically turns off after 24 hours and enters a long term maintenance mode, resuming charging when the battery voltage drops below 12.6V. The A/C plug-in cord and battery clamp pos/neg cords are both 72” long. However, the charger cannot be used on 220V AC input and is not weather/waterproof - it should be covered in case of rain. Remember, it's a charger not a battery, so it needs to be plugged in to work. Overall, the Minn Kota On-Shore Portable Digital Marine Battery Charger is a good investment for those in need of a reliable boat battery charger.
