The SKIL 12v Bluetooth Speaker is a convenient and durable speaker that can be taken anywhere. However, it is important to note that this speaker is not water-resistant or water-proof. Additionally, it is not possible to plug in the speaker for power as it exclusively runs on the battery. The volume control on the unit works separately than the volume on the connected device. While the device provides the convenience of using a SKIL battery, the sound quality is not the best when used through Bluetooth. The sound quality is better when used with an AUX cord. The product is highly durable and can survive a Construction site, the beach, or a picnic. Overall, the product is satisfactory, but could be improved in terms of sound quality and functionality.
