The Onkyo TX-NR676 is a receiver that is capable of playing and decoding SACD, DSD, DVD-Audio, Multichannel PCM, and CEC. The built-in Chromecast is for audio streaming only, but this unit supports 4K video from HDMI in ports. Despite having exceptional sound quality and being easy to use, there have been issues with HDMI ports malfunctioning, particularly when switching between SDR and HDR content on 4K setups. Some users had issues playing music in Zone 2 via Net from their iPhone. The remote control also stopped working for some customers. The Onkyo TX-NR676 is great for movies, TV surround sound, and music, but it might not be the right choice if you're an audiophile or if you binge on music at high volume frequently.
