The Cleto Reyes Classic Training Headgear is a highly recognized brand for boxing. Though it is not USA Boxing certified, which could be a drawback for those looking for competition headgear, it still offers excellent protection for sparring. The headgear fits snugly and can protect against black eyes and cuts, however, it has no padding on the sides, temple areas, and the back of the head, which might make it a less conducive option for some boxers. Although not as comfortable as some would want, it is thin and lightweight, so won't weigh you down during sparring.
