DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K
About This Item
Introducing the ButtonWorx Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K Don't let a few failing buttons on your devices hold you back. With the ButtonWorx Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K, you can easily repair and restore the functionality of your rubber contact switches. Please note that while this button assortment is designed to repair most devices, it may not solve every issue for every keypad.
To ensure compatibility, we recommend opening your device and inspecting the keypad for design and size. If there is anything between the rubber keypad and circuit board contact, such as a white film, LED strip, or clear plastic light pipe, a universal button may not be able to solve the problem. However, this doesn't mean the product is not effective or as described. The ButtonWorx Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K includes a 29 button assortment and a thin membrane button that goes between the original rubber keypad and the circuit board.
By replacing the electrical contact with a flexible carbon film, this repair kit not only restores button function but also improves conductivity. The carbon film is durable and never wears down, providing long-lasting results. Additionally, it seals out dirt and oil, ensuring that they can never cause issues again. Say goodbye to frustrating button problems with the tried and tested ButtonWorx button repair kit.
The installation instructions are included in the package, and we even have a video available to guide you through the process. Trust the ButtonWorx brand for all your keypad repair needs. Our Rubber Keypad Repair Kit is designed to deliver reliable results and bring your devices back to their optimal functionality. buttonworx Remote Controls Editorial Review
The ButtonWorx Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K is a great solution for those looking to fix their remote controls and other button-controlled items. It is easy to use and can save you money by preventing the need to replace these items. One user mentioned using the kit to repair a 30-year-old Kenwood Receiver remote. They noted that the most used buttons on the remote were not working, and this kit helped restore the functionality. It is important to make note of the buttons that are not reliable and to use thin and strong case prying tools to avoid damaging the remote case when opening it up. The kit includes replacement contact pads that stick to the circuit board and have a floating pad above the contact sensor. Users will need small and sharp scissors or an Exacto knife to cut each button replacement. It can be a bit challenging to work with these small replacements, but with patience and following the instructions, the remote can be successfully repaired. Overall, users were satisfied with the ButtonWorx Rubber Keypad Repair Kit BW29K, praising its effectiveness in restoring functionality to their remotes and other button-controlled items. Some users mentioned the need for more tiny-sized buttons and were disappointed with the thinness of the pads. However, Considering the money saved by repairing instead of replacing, most users gave this product a high rating.
