The reception of the Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust DVD has been mixed. Several customers were disappointed by receiving a region 2 disc, which made it inoperable in region 1 areas. This led to frustration and the inconvenience of having to find an alternative means of watching the film. On the positive side, customers appreciated the great design, highly detailed effects, and an excellent storyline with English voice-overs. Some customers even noted that it was a wonderful movie with a great story, highly recommending it as a classic.
