The book provides good information for assessment and diagnosis courses, making it effective when one needs help on where to start. While it is useful, some customers reported issues such as stuck pages and scratches and dents on the cover and binding, which may be from storage and shipment. Additionally, some people reported receiving used and highlighted copies when they expected new ones. That being said, several people were happy with their purchase and praised the faster than expected delivery, wrapped packaging, and working code for the online content. The text is awesome but has durability issues with a spiral binding that keeps falling off. Despite quality issues, the book is still useful, and it arrived on time in some cases.
