The Washburn B10 banjo is a well-crafted, high-quality instrument that produces a loud and warm sound without any strange rattles. The sting spacing is ideal for most finger sizes. It is perfect for any level of player and has a lot of adjustability. The neck is smooth, making it easy to perform slides. Setup is simple after watching a YouTube tutorial on where to put the bridge as the strings come pre-installed. While there have been complaints about the packaging, with the instrument being loose in the box on arrival and the assembly / owner manual being missing, overall the quality of the instrument is good. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the quality of materials used was superior for an instrument in this price range. The tone and resonance is absolutely haunting.
