The thread rack is designed to accommodate both small and large cones of thread, however it is made from plastic which is not very sturdy. Customers who have purchased the rack state that it is easy to assemble, with some using gorilla glue to save time during the process. There are spindles provided to hold the thread, and they have a height of 3.5 inches. Customers have confirmed that the spindles are moveable which makes it easier to fit large cones of thread. Similar to its Deluxe model counterpart, some assembly is required for this rack. There is space to label the thread number along the front of the rows of thread, however, the size of the spool may impact this. The rack can be hung with pegboard hooks, but cannot stand on its own.
