The product can be used hot or cold, depending on individual preferences. They are made of safe plastic and are reusable, so you can continue to get good use out of them after multiple applications. Positive feedback from some customers notes that the product was easy to pop in the microwave for heating, and that it worked well for reducing puffiness and redness in their eyes. The pads are the perfect size for small injuries and for children to use as well. Other long-time users of the product had found that their first set had lasted for several years, further lengthening the lifespan of the product.
